Player Tiers

Tiers come from the Overall Rating: form, turning up, achievements and team success.

Regulars — players with at least half the match days (0+ of 0) — are ranked and split: A list the top 10%, B list the next 25%, C list the next 35%, D list the rest. Players level on rating share a tier.
